Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the UCI MTB World Series 2026 Pyeongchang Rental Store ("Store") operated by Sportslab Co., Ltd. ("Company"). By placing an order through the Store, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
- "Services" refers to the equipment rental, setup, and teardown services provided for the WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series 2026 event, including tents, furniture, power supply, and water supply.
- "Paddock" refers to the designated areas within the event venue allocated to teams and participants.
3. Services
The Company provides the following services:
- Equipment rental for paddock areas during the event period
- Tent, furniture, electricity, and water supply rentals
- Professional setup and teardown of equipment
- On-site transportation within the event venue
All services are subject to the event schedule. Setup and teardown schedules will be communicated through the Store.
4. Orders and Payments
An order is confirmed when the User completes the order form with all required information and successfully processes payment. Required information includes:
- Team name or individual name
- Email address and contact phone number
- Paddock category and size selection
- Arrival and departure dates
- Signed LOC Teams Risk Assessment form
- Third-Party Liability Insurance document
Accepted payment methods:
- Toss Payments — Credit cards, bank transfers, and various Korean payment methods
- PayPal — International payments
Late bookings may be subject to additional surcharges.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be requested via email at teamwork@sportslab.co.kr. The following cancellation fees apply based on the date of contact:

| April 18–22, until 24:00 (KST) | 50% of total (minimum €50) |
| From April 23 onwards | 100% of total (minimum €50) |
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure or event cancellation by the organizers, a full refund will be provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The Company shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to force majeure, including natural disasters, war, or technical failures beyond its control.
- The User is responsible for their own safety within the event venue. The Company's liability is limited to the coverage of the Third-Party Liability Insurance submitted by the User.
- Users must comply with event regulations and paddock check-in/dismantling schedules. Departure during races is strictly prohibited.
7. Privacy
The Company collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable laws, including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
